Context
People are hesitant when connecting their CRM to new tools (like Crossbeam). Data is their most prized possession and they deserve to have control over what Crossbeam has access to, and how it's used. Data of any kind is a must to use Crossbeam, and we were losing a lot of companies in the activation funnel who just didn't trust us enough to add data.
