Context

All companies need revenue, and most aim to create a steady stream of no touch, self-serve revenue. I’ve owned all 4 iterations of the Crossbeam self-serve revenue engine as well as any improvements and expansions. Most recently, we consolidated to a pay-per-seat model with 2 seat offerings. In addition, I included improvements like more contextual CTAs, bulk editing and deleting for users, and entirely re-designed upgrade flows.

Goals

  • Increase ARR by supporting no touch, self-serve purchases

  • Give users more control over their team and a better understanding of paid offerings

The billing page shows the amount of seats an org has, the percentage of record exports used, and details about their current plan.
